Coldy ให้บริการโดย Coldy Application ("เรา") ในฐานะผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) ติดต่อเราได้ที่ coldy.app@gmail.com

• ข้อมูลบัญชี: อีเมล และหากเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google จะได้รับชื่อ อีเมล และรูปโปรไฟล์ Google ของคุณ
• ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์: ชื่อที่แสดง ชื่อแฝง วันเกิดหรืออายุ เพศ เพศที่อยากพบ คำแนะนำตัว และรูปภาพที่คุณอัปโหลด
• สิ่งที่คุณทำในแอป: การดวล ผลเกม ข้อความในมินิเกม (เช่น คำลับ คำทาย ประโยคใน 2 Truths 1 Lie) ภาพวาด และข้อความแชท
• ข้อมูลความปลอดภัย: รายงาน (Report) ที่คุณส่งหรือที่มีผู้ส่งเกี่ยวกับคุณ พร้อมสำเนาเนื้อหาที่ถูกรายงาน และรายการผู้ใช้ที่คุณบล็อก
• ข้อมูลการซื้อ: รายการสินค้า จำนวนเงิน และรหัสธุรกรรม การชำระเงินดำเนินการโดย Stripe เราไม่เห็นและไม่เก็บหมายเลขบัตรของคุณ
• ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค: ประเภทอุปกรณ์และเบราว์เซอร์ บันทึกการใช้งาน และรายงานข้อผิดพลาด

• ให้บริการตามสัญญา: สร้างบัญชี จับคู่ดวล แสดงผลเกม เปิดแชท และส่งมอบสินค้าที่คุณซื้อ
• ความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้ (ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย): ตรวจสอบรายงาน ป้องกันข้อความต้องห้าม ป้องกันการฉ้อโกงและการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด
• ปรับปรุงบริการ: วิเคราะห์การใช้งานแบบภาพรวมและแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด
• ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย: เช่น การเก็บหลักฐานทางบัญชีและภาษี

ข้อมูลเพศที่คุณอยากพบอาจถือเป็นข้อมูลอ่อนไหว เราจะเก็บและใช้เพื่อการจับคู่เท่านั้น โดยขอความยินยอมโดยชัดแจ้งจากคุณก่อน และคุณถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ

• คู่ดวลเห็นชื่อแฝง โปรไฟล์ที่ซ่อนไว้ และสิ่งที่คุณส่งในมินิเกม
• รูปภาพของคุณจะค่อยๆ ชัดขึ้นให้คู่ Match เห็นตามระดับ Ice Gauge เท่านั้น
• รายงานไม่ถูกแสดงต่อผู้ใช้คนอื่น และผู้ที่ถูกบล็อกจะไม่ได้รับแจ้ง
• ผู้ให้บริการที่ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนเรา: Supabase (ฐานข้อมูล การยืนยันตัวตน และพื้นที่เก็บไฟล์ ตั้งอยู่ในสิงคโปร์) Vercel (โฮสติ้ง) Stripe (การชำระเงิน) และ Google (การเข้าสู่ระบบ) ข้อมูลบางส่วนจึงถูกส่งไปประมวลผลนอกประเทศไทยภายใต้มาตรการคุ้มครองที่เหมาะสม

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ

เราเก็บข้อมูลตราบเท่าที่บัญชียังใช้งานอยู่ เมื่อคุณลบบัญชี เราจะลบโปรไฟล์ รูปภาพ และแชทภายใน 30 วัน ยกเว้นสำเนาเนื้อหาในรายงานที่อาจเก็บไว้ไม่เกิน 1 ปีเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้ และหลักฐานการซื้อที่ต้องเก็บตามกฎหมาย

คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา แก้ไข ลบ ระงับการใช้ คัดค้าน และขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล รวมถึงถอนความยินยอม โดยติดต่อ coldy.app@gmail.comเราจะตอบภายใน 30 วัน และคุณมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

Coldy สำหรับผู้ที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปเท่านั้น หากพบว่าบัญชีใดเป็นของผู้ที่อายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี เราจะลบบัญชีนั้น

เราใช้การเข้ารหัสระหว่างส่งข้อมูลและสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงระดับแถวในฐานข้อมูล หากนโยบายนี้เปลี่ยนแปลงในสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในแอปก่อนมีผลบังคับใช้

Coldy is operated by Coldy Application ("we"), the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Contact us at coldy.app@gmail.com.

• Account data: your email, and if you sign in with Google, your Google name, email and profile picture.
• Profile data: display name, masked name, date of birth or age, gender, who you want to meet, bio, and photos you upload.
• Activity: Duels, game results, text you write in Mini-games (such as Secret Words, Guesses and 2 Truths 1 Lie Statements), Drawings, and chat messages.
• Safety data: Reports you send or that are sent about you, with a copy of the reported content, and the users you Block.
• Purchase data: the product, amount and transaction ID. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Technical data: device and browser type, usage logs and error reports.

• To provide the service (contract): run your account, pair Duels, show results, open chats and deliver purchases.
• To keep players safe (legitimate interest): review Reports, refuse blocked text, and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To improve Coldy: aggregate usage analysis and fixing errors.
• To meet legal duties, such as keeping accounting and tax records.

Who you want to meet may be sensitive data. We use it only for matching, ask for your explicit consent first, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

• Your Duel opponent sees your masked name, your masked profile and what you send in the Mini-game.
• Your photos are revealed to a Match gradually, as your shared Ice Gauge melts.
• Reports are never shown to other players, and a blocked player is not told.
• Processors acting for us: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage, hosted in Singapore), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments) and Google (sign-in). Some data is therefore processed outside Thailand under appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, photos and chats within 30 days, except copies of reported content, which we may keep for up to 1 year for player safety, and purchase records we must keep by law.

You may ask to access, get a copy of, correct, delete, restrict, object to the use of, or move your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to coldy.app@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.

Coldy is for people aged 18 and over. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.

We encrypt data in transit and use row-level access rules in our database. If this policy changes materially, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
