• You must be 18 or older.
• Use your own real details, one account per person, and never pretend to be someone else.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Coldy pairs players who are online at the same time between 20:00 and 24:00 (Thailand time) for a Mini-game Duel, and opens a chat when both choose to keep talking. We may add, change or stop features, and we can't promise an opponent will always be available.

You must not:

• harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone;
• send sexual, violent or illegal content, including any sexual content involving minors;
• spam, scam, sell things, or ask anyone to send money;
• share someone else's personal information without their permission;
• use bots, scripts or exploits to cheat games or coins.

Some words are refused automatically. You can Report or Block a player at any time. We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without notice.

What you write, draw or upload stays yours. You let us store it and show it to your Duel opponent or Match so we can run the service, and keep a copy when it is Reported.

Coldy Coins and Duel quota are virtual items for use in Coldy only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. Current prices (THB):

Payments are processed by Stripe, and items are credited as soon as payment succeeds. Because they are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are not refundable once delivered, except when you were charged twice, charged in error, or did not receive the item. Email coldy.app@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase and we will check it and refund to your original payment method. This does not limit your rights under consumer protection law.

You can delete your account at any time. Any remaining items and coins end with the account and are not refundable.

We do not run background checks. If you meet someone outside the app, meet in a public place and tell someone you trust. We are not responsible for what players do outside Coldy.

Coldy is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. These Terms are governed by Thai law. If they change materially, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
